I found these guys whilst tracking down extrusions to make various items including motor mounts. They do offcuts of plate, box section, bar and angle in aluminium, steel and stainless steel. Fast delivery. I have linked only to the aluminium box section and angle but you can easily browse for the other things they sell. The sizes and wall thicknesses are much better than the woosey stuff that B&Q sells.
