Quad just tips, KK Board V2 (with LCD)

Hello,

I have a HK 550 quad with 30a esc's and 1100kv motors. I'm using a 2200mah 3s battery that is a perfect fit for this quad. The issue i'm having is that its all calibrated (ESCS) i've configured the gyros and yet its still tipping forward. Even with full back elevator. I'm using a futaba 8j in plane mode. I've done the subtrim to make everything 0 in the receiver test bit (I forget what its called).

Anybody know what I could possibly be doing wrong?

I've zero'd them with no luck. Motor no.1 and 3 start before 2 and 4 if that may make any difference?
I'm using cheap 114mmx4.5 props from HK. The KK board is mounted on foam so thats keeping some vibes away.

Sounds a lot like you need to calibrate your ESCs.  I forget exactly how to do it but the KK2 has some feature to help, just google it.  Remember to remove the props first.

She flys well drifts a little so will increase gain also need to add more expo but she's damn stable!
