You can reverse the servos on the servo page (7/13)

Link to the manual: http://www.frsky-rc.com/download/view.php?sort=&down=108&file=Instruction%20Manual%20for%20Taranis%20X9D

you can also find it on your SD card inside the battery bay.

I reverse mine in the 'Mixer' screen.
One short press on Menu button.
Five short presses on Page button to get to the 'Mixer' screen.
Minus button to scroll down to the channel you want to reverse.
Press and hold Enter till you get the pop up screen, press Enter again to select 'Edit'
Press Minus button twice to highlight 'Weight', (which should read 100).
Press enter and change '100' to '-100' (minus 100).
If 'GV' pops up give a quick click on enter to get rid of it. Edit: Or it might be a quick click on up or down, Can't remember but a quick click on one of them sends it back to zero.

Keep at it you will soon get the hang of it, it's a great radio it just takes some getting used to.
