Had a session with a Phantom and a standard Naza V1 quad this evening.  Both systems refused to go totally green...Green with one red flash was the best we could get for over an hour.

Weather was typical for April..sunshine and showers..some fairly big black clouds around but equally some blue sky.  I am guessing that this was a weather related issue which i have not come across before.  We did not fly without getting the 'green light' but later when we did, we also had the old flash of yellow during a GPS flight.  and also a lock up where the quad just hovered in one place and would not move until we went into Atti.

Any ideas??

I had the same issue around 7.45 this evening, stuck on one red flash for about 5 minutes, I power cycled and eventually got green but it took a lot longer than usual, I assume some kind of weather or GPS issue !!

Interesting...same sort of time that we had the issue  had the two systems side by side and exactly the same. Happened to have the Immersion OSD and did a check and for quite a while it could only see 5 satallites.

I have now programmed in a mix on the TX to give GPS  ATTI  and Manual, on one switch but on a second switch have a mix which pushes in a 20% offset. This is enough to mve Atti and GPS into failsame and also if you happen to be in manual it moves the curser to the right which also appears to be failsafe
