OK this might be pie in the sky.....

I was in Maplins today and i saw a solar pan for recharging ipods etc. Would it be possible to trickle charge a lipo during flight and get extra duration for FPV ??

Or is it just one more of my day dreams that will never happen???  :)

The charges your looking at charge at that smaller ma that its not worth bothering with tbh. To reach that charge level it must be very bright too
Education and schoolin is good, but FPV is gooder :)

Read this thread a while back. It's old but there's some interesting and helpful discussions there.

Hmm i dont think this concept and kind of flying will die off i do think that in the future we could well see solar fpv look how far developments have come with osd rtl autopilot gyros gps the list goes on im all for new and exciting and green energy ...
I fly alone  (its my only option)
