Just saw this article appear on Engadget.  Something must be wrong, it appears to be full of facts!

That's not a bad guide. If everybody who flys them read his, it would help quite a bit I think!

I'm sure that on the review of the Yuneec 500 Typhoon quad there were a similar set of guidelines included in the box.

Yes that would be great is such instructions were included with every box. I'm sure many people would discard it, but it's worth a try at least!

Reasonably well written but a mistake and two omissions short of very good.

The separation distances apply generally and not just to filming.

The article mentions CAPs 722 & 393 but fails to mention CAP 658 which is specifically for model flying and would apply to most "drones".
The article also fails to mention the new CAA leaflet concerning safe flying.
