2.4 router antenna .....

So i have one of these knocking about

It screws onto the frsky module in my 9c super, any reason why it wouldnt work and give me extra range? not that i need it just curious! :)

I wouldsay the dbi is little more than BS at best. If it were 16dbi, the pattern emmitted would not be sphere like but a really flat disk andgive you loads of trouble
