Great work. Very similar to my home brew tracker setup but you seem to have managed to find a supplier of hub gears closer to home. Did you manage to get those gears in the UK?

My gears came from Servo City, and the postage was ridiculous.

I think, if I'm right,I took my inspiration from yourself after seeing your lovely tracker online.  I thought it was fantastic!  And I was determined to make my own after such clear detailed instructions.  I too looked into the gears from servo city, but I am very fortunate to have a laser cutter for work, so I downloaded software from woodgears.ca (£15ish) and created my own using 6mm acrylic Perspex. My ratio is 4:1.  Given the low loading on these gears, Perspex seemed like the perfect material.    If you need a gear or 2, I'm sure I could knock something up for you.  Not looking to make a profit, just cost of material and postage if your interested.
