I always get my pixhawk from readytoflyquads. They always work perfectly and are a good price too.

Just to add a little more to the most recent development platforms, there's also the navio 2 and erle brain 2 fc which are based on the raspberry pi2, but can run APM/pixhawk software.

The best crasher ever! I've had lots of practice.

Thanks loop dreams. I'm already a Vector fan, got one in my Venturi and Disco. But this is for a mapping platform so I want the Pixhawk autonomy and mission planning to drive the camera.

Mark - thanks again, good to know that banggood is the way to go versus eBay. I'm wanting to go with the 3DR one though. Might be fooling myself that it's better quality as it's more money, but as I'll have a £500 camera onboard I want the warm feeling of it being reassuringly expensive.

Just ordered from one drone in Slovenia. So we'll see how that works out!
