Pan Servo Recommendations Please

My pan tilt setup was using 2 x Hitec HS-65MG servos, and the pan developed a twitch. I couldn't fix it so I got a cheap turnigy servo to test if it was an issue with the servo, or something else. Changing the servo cured the problem, however, its an AWFUL servo and i just haven't got round to replacing it.

So i need a new pan servo (tilt is still ok with the HS-65MG). Im a bit hesitant to order another HS-65MG as the last one was a $30 waste. Any recommendations for a smooth servo would be great. It cannot be bigger than the current one though:

Check out Steve webs servo shop for alternatives. I had the same issue and decided to try a coreless servo. Waiting for delivery

Cheers Simon, that looks pretty smooth, especially for such a low cost servo, its 10 x better than the one I have now.

Big T, will be interested to see how you get on, the first one of the 2 is too tall for my setup.

Karma to Simon for this suggestion! Servo is dirst cheap and performs brilliantly. So well that loads of people are commenting on my latest Skywalker video asking which servo im using!
