Now that is a miserable quality image! Jees !
Was it like that in the goggles? Or has the DVR and YouTube screwed it up?
Or possibly you have a thin smear of vaseline on the camera lens? LOL.
Can't think why it should be so blurry...Camera focus? Camera settings? Cabling? VTX knackered?

It  looks to me like you may be out of focus.

For sure... the lighting is bad.   But gli suspect more at play.

Remove Lens and clean BOTH ends....Check array for greasy thumbprints....:)
