Hi guys

I only fly wings but I'm dead jealous of the pan and tilt setups you normal plane guys have.

I want to try and put a pan and tilt on my next large wing- any recommendations please? I know nothing about them. Simple and decent please. will need to work with ppm vector ans ezuhf too. thanks guys:)

Without doubt these are the smoothest I have come across http://fpvgadgets.com/product/professional-propan-2-fpv-pan-tilt-system/
I ordered the cheaper version. However The cheaper version does not have the return to centre feature of the mk2. The mk 1 is designed to be used with a spring loaded gimbal stick, so the rudder stick for example, so you pan with the stick and when you let goIt returns to centre. No good for me as I always use the rudder in flits as that's how I fly. The mk 2 can be used with headtracker

Without a  ppm to pwm converter on board, no pan/tilt setup will be ppm compatible.

It's 2 servos.

They plug into spare outputs on your rx.

I happen to have one of these lying around! Didn't know what it was but Google it and know i have seen one somewhere!

thanks T I think I will have to get one! It's the only disadvantage of a wing IMO.
