I don't think it is saying it is a myth, just that it is not a huge difference. Certainly not enough to worry about 0.05v.

It is a tiny test result with a single data point tho, so dont take it as rock solid fact.

That's a given though. Like everything else you buy, quality varies between brands.

  I have one of those small ISDT field chargers.

  When I go flying, I just take one of my big 10,000mah 4S lipos with me which is charged to storage voltage and use that to charge smaller Lipos between flights if I need to.

  When I get home, I charge the 10amp Server Lipo back up to storage level again or about 60% capacity. Works for me..lol
