Shame about Flyingwings closing, I loved the Falcon EVO. I moved all the electronics into the AR wing and it's a good replacement  :) For me the biggest weakness is the foam winglets, not a single landing was had without damaging them or ripping them off. I've since homemade some correx replacements.

Positives:
-Fast and glueless assembley
-Pre-cut slot for your FPV cam with wiring channel
-Pre cut servo slots with wiring tunnel inside wings
-Multiple nose cones to match whatever HD cam you have
-Flies really well

Nice little wing, I do like the front modular idea :)
Education and schoolin is good, but FPV is gooder :)

Nice - seems pretty speedy for being on 3s

It is a nice wing.  Great for beginners (this is my first wing).  I've taped around the edges of my winglets to stop them getting damaged on landing - I've not had one break yet.  Fastest I've had mine is 130kph ground-speed with a tailwind!

I like my AR wing, it's really tough.  I've nosed it hard into the ground on more than one occasion and I've just picked it up and carried on with no damage.  Similar crashes spelt the end for my Z2, Z3, X6 to name a few....     :(

It's not got the grunt or the appeal of those planes though, it doesn't have the room for a big battery (although a 4s 2800 zippy fits perfectly) so flights are short and sweet by comparison but lots of fun.  Looking forward when I get a little time to get my Venturi evo back in the air...  now there's a plane!

Where's the best place to get one of these from? UK if possible - don't care about saving a fiver.

Not sure about a Uk supplier Steve, mine was from banggood in China.

HobbyRC have them:

They're a very good supplier in case you've never used them.

It's the power system from my Falcon Evo, and that had a similar performance. Such a cheap motor and ESC too  :P

Hobby RC is probably your best bet. I got mine from Banggood EU warehouse so it was fast, customs free delivery.
