Hi Guys
here is a photo of my first fpv back pack that i designed so it will be able to attach to one or more of my planes. I have called it K9 (for those old enough to remember) after K9 the robot dog from dr who as it looks similar.
It has only been used on my glider so far but seems to do the job.
everything is on there even my osd and gps reciever.
The camera is mounted on a small palstic tripod holder which i stripped so I could use the mount.
All the best Steve.

Thanks for the comments guys. I streamlined my kodak playsport camera in my ealry days of trying to get decent aerial footage and strapped it to my hawksky (which is now a low wing edf hawkfighter). The playsport is ok but is like an older mobile phone so isn't very aerodynamic. That was the inspiration for my fpv camera cover.
All the best Steve.

Nice little backpack you have there, I like the point from the camera for less drag, I`ve not seen that before but looks like it would work great
Education and schoolin is good, but FPV is gooder :)

The back pack on the glider looks different to the back pack in the first 2 pictures.
Do you also include the battery in the back pack?
Natibus in luto, caput inter nubila.

Hi electrotor
Yes the battery is velcroed on top. The other pic was from a few weeks ago before I added the osd.
All the best Steve
