Just to say Skew antennas arrived so went to try them out. What a difference...  I can actually see vivid colour now before it was washed out. No range issue when nose in as before. Took quad out  for a quick test and no break up... amazing!

Matt;"Tried the RX on the Attitudes today and it was awesome.

Latched onto one of the planes at the MadDogs5 meet and totally clear out to 2.2km :flying: The pilot was losing video before me so turned around."

Col and the mystery fpver"They were on ImmersionRC frequencies as I picked it up with the skew on my Attitudes. That means Gav's antennas can do 5km, not sure what VTx was being used but even so if it was with 600mW that's still an impressive range for 5.8GHz skews."
