Ardupilot APM 2.5 and MinimOSD

Same here can't get it to work, software side on computer works as it should(configured as I wanted and I can recall it back up on a reboot), my problem is it does not overlay any info, I just get the camera view with no info.(minimosd-extra)

Tried as Shikra said powering the vid side with 12v as I updated the Font set, still no overlay.

One question,.....just to make sure,...its firmware first then Font set yes ?

It is firmware 1st yes Xup. I get the feeling that these things are very easy to blow and once they go they are gone for good. My most recent started off ok, but as it heated up it got progressively worse, lost overlay but kept video to eventually nothing at all.

I also have the feeling that my telemetry unit has gone now as well. Both the remote and local units 'find' each other, but I cannot connect through mission planner and Ive changed no settings :( this is getting beyond a joke.
