That would make it easier, I'd just get 3 and 5 turn helical and a pair of skews.

Would you guesstimate the range I'd get in an open field with your skew on the quad (ImmersionRc 600mw) and the 3/5 turn helical on the VRX (Black Pearl)?
The best I could get with ImmersionRc CP skews was ~700m.

What about postage to Croatia?

Yep perfect solution for you
I would go for the 3 turn on the monitor if your just using multirotors, if your into planes then maybe a 5 turn would be better

I'm assembling a 450 quadcopter with a skew on the vtx, and a cloverleaf for the goggles (Skyzone). For diversity need a helical.

What do you recommend? 

Note: I think it will be a LH helical 5.8Ghz

Hi Mate
If your not going too far I would stick with a 3 turn, if you want to be a bit braver then go for a 5, both work well on the skyzones
LHCP wont be a prob either

Cheers, Simon. Antennas arrived today, they look well made and I had little static through several thick victorian walls with the 5,8GHz 3.5 turn and skew. Looking forward to testing them with the SkyZones in flight later.
