Hi all, long time lurker here (mainly as I cant do the captcha from tapatalk on my phone!)

I've only just read this thread so have missed the cut off date but would love to pop over still as I'll be in tetsworth that weekend which is only 4km away (potentially any of you lot going for the xmas common long distance attempt will be going over where I'll be saying!)

I'm aware I wont be able to fly but I'm always interested to see how fpv is properly done!

talking of space heaters, I've got one of those if someone's got a gas bottle, mine got nicked.
Calor gas fitting, not propane screw in type.

I bought about 10 different light gloves off eBay and this type is the best. light enough to fly on the sticks with and also light enough to keep on when setting up plane, plugging in batteries etc... they have a grippy rubberised surface on the palm side and a mesh on the backside. they are not gonna keep your hands warm for ages but if the rest of you is wrapped up well it takes a lot of the edge off and can fly for a lot longer before you freeze up.

I don't know really - it seems Rich might be pulling our sponsorship for some unknown reason & he won't talk to us about it, we've tried to talk to him but have heard nothing back. 

It's starting to look like we won't be attending in any form... shame :( :(

I was hoping it would be an opportunity to see and buy some new stuff as well as meeting other fpv'ers to swap ideas etc.
