Since Richard has been stressing about 5.8 having issues with the race course, I did some laps - and as everyone who flies 5.8 knows, when you hit static, fly through and it'll come back.

The worse bit is actually flying on through the twin trees as there's more blockages there, the tree's by the lake are actually not so blocked, I came through there in later laps at around 15m (Richard did 10m on 2.4) and it was fine.

Nice video, I like the overlay very pro. Give those that haven't raced the course a good chance of picking up landmarks before hand :)

Haha, not sure about pro.  I just got Motion 5, so I'm attempting to use it.... badly, which is why the arrow gets stuck in the top right for a while, and the text disappears a bit abruptly :)

Not too much pain dude, all fixed now - serious amounts of Gorilla, will fly beautifully and I fixed up a few items on my list at the same time.

What are you flying on the 26th then?

Ill bring the quad and hex, and a wing or two as long as I get them fixed.

Bugger.   Looks like I may be a potential no show.

Had some crap crop up with work that may screw the w/end plans.
