Giving people FREE stuff on the hub to only to have complaints about it, no karma, and attitude after saving them ££ because they had to buy a lead on ebay for £2 despite saving £90 .... as an example. Not the first time either but deffo the last.

Totally relevant to something I'm experiencing the brunt of right now.

Dog farts.

Why. Honestly, why. Puts my wife to shame.

Order items from Hobbyking to the value of £45, pay £14 for shipping (if that was not bad enough already) just to now have UPS slap me with a £25 Brokerage fee  :o

That's 54% of the order value...WTF?!? I could have bought 2 additional batteries for that money  >:(

The lesson in this... stay away from items in the International Warehouse.

North Lincolnshire council, not emptying my wheelie bin because "it's too heavy for the hydraulic lift on the lorry".

WTF.

I think if I can wheel my bin out to the pavement, a hydraulic lift can manage to lift it up into the wagon surely?

They checked the CCTV (quite why they have CCTV on the lorry boggles the mind - or does it??) and confirmed that the bin man couldn't move the bin. What a load of crap! I can pull it along with one hand!! Do they employ midgets?

When I was a kid I can remember the bin men CARRYING two metal bins full of coal ash on their backs, kicking children out of their way.

Health and Safety my ass!

So now I have to not only empty my bin if I want it picked up next time, I have to take my own rubbish to the tip at my own expense.

Remnd me why I pay council tax again?

Guess  who is going to stand next to the bin next time those dicks come around next time? Me - I'll chuck the damn bin on the wagon myself if I have to, or better yet, climb onboard it and refuse to move until they take it ha ha.

Steve I have the same problem.

I guarantee you it's the lazy arse binmen and the collection agency which have the contract which are using that as an excuse not to collect rubbish.

I have the same problem here, my council slaps a sticker on my bin saying it's not been collected . eg. due to recyclables being in the non-recyclable bin. (or non-recyclables in the recycle bin)

Happens once every couple months I recon. In each case, there is nothing wrong with my recycling, my wife is on top of that TRUST ME , every time I put something in the fkin bin she double checks.

So they collect once a week, if they do this to me once every 8 weeks, that's 16% less rubbish they have to collect.

And they are doing it up and down the street to everyone.

Wasn't sure whether I wanted to drink tonight then the wife brings me a cold beer while I've got my feet up watching telly, so now I have no choice but to drink.

Women!

Spoken English Changes

1) 'of' is disappearing - we now go "out the door" or "out the window" - we used to go "out of ...."

2) 'ly' is fast being lost - we now go 'private' and shop 'local' - me, I shop locally!
Every answer to a question posed by a media broadcaster is now started with the word SO,

The mixing up of "I" and "me".
This is simple primary school stuff, but perhaps is no longer taught.

Grandification - this example is a real one.

We are engaging the services of an external organisation to leverage the temporary hiring volume = we are hiring temps through an agency.
