OK well here it is in all it's glory - which isn't much TBH!
It's a scruffy little bodged together turd that was never planned, it just sort of happened with Velcro and hot glue.
But in terms of smiles per quid spent, I like it...
Dynamic 12A ESC - the original 6A one caught fire...
Lemon LM0034 Diversity 2.4G receiver
FOXEER / Sony HS1177 CCD camera.
FX799T 200mW VTX with random skew RHCP thingy antenna.
HK / Turnigy Aerodrive 2118 3100 KV motor.
Cheap Gemfan 5040 prop.
Like I said, I'm sure there's a lot of alternatives recommended by folks on here that will perform better - I don't know - but this works for me and brings smiles every flight...

I would say a Hornet from personal experience.  I had the first style Falcon that I ragged to death, and now have a Falcon EVO, but in the meantime got hold of a Hornet from Flyingwings.  Jimbo19, also on here has ahd avery little RC flying and yesterday maidened his Hornet.  The wind was probably too high to be far, but the Hornet doesnt seem to worry too much.  These things are such a hoot to fly and can easily get 15 minutes flight time from a 800mah battery if just pootling around.

See on-board footage from yesterday - around 4:10 onwards, following a Wot4 E  in on a Landing and right at the end of the Vid, our attempt at a Hornet Syncro Landing..  Jim may pop on later, but he was really anxious about the maiden, but got on really well :)

Honestly get a Hornet so much fun and in my limited experience very easy to fly - it has given me loads of confidence and would buy another in a heartbeat if I trashed this one

As Karlak said we were flying for 15 mins yesterday on one 800mah 3s battery !!

Here you go one of Flyingwings models which Rob had refurbed for me to practice with, flew it twice got straight back into flying wings again ( had a few of Robs over the years ) and then moved straight on to Falcon and Vent !!
Can't fault them have helped me enormously getting going in FPV !! Although very addictive  :o

He dropped it round here on the Wednesday night and picked it up Friday.  Just waiting for the UHU Por glue to dry is the limiting factor.
