All viewpoints are valid but to be so negative from the get-go is not the way to introduce yourself to this community, smacks of an agenda after falling out with a retailer and very little to do with FPV.
Agreed ... motion carried. Thread lock? (Not loctite)

My ordering with them has been fine

3 orders this year starting in February (vtx then esc's then camera in August), all processed and posted out quick and good email notification of progress.

Sure, but stuffing bits in an envelope and waiting for the post collection is one thing, sorting things out fast when there is an issue is another.  As an example I ordered a gimbal for the Droidworx cx4 I bought off them, took my money, then told me it was out of stock.  That was bad, but what really p***** me off was that they kept me hanging on for weeks and weeks.  This was back in the day when there were only two UK suppliers of quality gear.  Also bought a DJI osd £250 quid, never ever got it working.  Their response was 'why don't you contact DJI, see if they can help, we just sell them.'  It was a b***** to get my money back.

By contrast shortly after, I bought som FS gogg's from fpv.co.uk, which were faulty, got an rma, next day replacement, no wiff of bullshit or quibble.

I don't normally chime up like this, but seeing that post brought back baaaad memories.

FPVSteve

Well, I'm not being dickish at all, I have no beef with the guy (and have tried to assist - above) but it's fairly crappy to join somewhere like this which is a popular FPV forum specifically to slag a company off over a £2 antenna and poor service.

Like I said above - what exactly is wrong with the antenna? Is it crushed? Snapped? Won't thread onto the SMA?

Or are you just having range issues - in which case post your setup and ask us for help. We don't need to be involved in your arguments with a company... if that's the only reason you joined then ... okay, so you hate Quadcopters.co.uk.

Now what...

I completely stand by my comments. I don't drink so don't think I will be changing my opinion overnight.
