£7 postage,   it get's worse ....

I often use the EU warehouse as the postage is a fraction of the UK cost, OK its Not Tracked but I have never had an issue and all goods arrived, I have had to wait the full 14 days as per the listing.
it pains me to pay high postage costs for small items, 2-260ma 2S lipos shouldn't cost £5.60 with tracking and parcel force signature

The funny thing with postage is that it's a bloody bargain even at 7 quid ... think about it. One or two days most and you've not had to move, yet your package has been packaged up, sorted, travelled halfway across the country and delivered to your front-door unscathed.

It costs me a fiver in fuel just to go to Tescos and back where I live...

£7 doesn't bother me for items that are worth more than twice that.... hence why I bulked the order up a bit.

I had to open a new account today as it didn't recognize my e-mail address or password. Hence all aquired  point s gone. Any one else had to do that.

I put an item in the basket £3.81, went to pay and had to login only to find that I couldn't. I tried four times, I closed the browser opens again and it now knew me? But the item price had jumped up by £1? I had to get it anyway not sure what happened.

I'm giving up on HK. I'll return in about 3 weeks when my sunnysky motors are about to arrive. Who knows, HK may have changed the website

As far as I can see when you add a product to the basket it automatically selects the closest warehouse to you IF a product is available there.

I was able to add a few products and they were a mixture of locations - but the ones which were available in the UK always showed up as "UK Warehouse" in my basket by default.

I guess it makes sense from a commercial perspective - if you want something, they'll sell it to you from wherever they have it available... by picking the closest warehouse to you automatically they cut out a step (why would you want to see something in the EU warehouse if it's available in the UK). It's just a shame they don't allow SEARCHING by a specific warehouse anymore (although they do show the flags where a product can be purchased in the listings).

It also allows you to select postage for multiple different locations when checking out which is handy so your order is split automatically based on the warehouses selected.

The site is improving - but still, order by price doesn't work properly.
