Quanum HT help!

I now remember why I chucked this in the back of the odds and sods draw!
I'm now trying to resurrect this thing so am hoping for some advice please chaps.
If I connect it up to my PC and choose the required settings and then save them it all works perfectly.
BUT- once the TX is powered off the tracker then  loses the gain setting and reverse settings.
When the tx is back on and powering the Tracker it won't move?
If I then reconnect it to the PC the GUI shows the settings have been lost once again??
So although it's saying "Saved" it's not?
Any suggestions please  ;D

I've been fiddling with it again and realised that on the GUI its showing only one thing is being saved and that's the channel 5 I chose for panning. The "Gain" and "End points" just show 0??
So why it won't save those I've no idea. (?)
