Hi,
Just been setting up inav for a Matek 405 wing in a mini Skyhunter.
I've been used to ET Vector gear in the past so this is all quite new.
It's all working out well except for Home Arrow and map mode issues.
The home arrow blinks and then after arming it's a blinking dash line.
The distance to home works fine (if I walk away with the model I can see distance to home increasing.. but the home arrow just has a blinking line.
I have 15 satellites an HDOP of 1.2 and in the GPS tab the map comes up fine with current location.
The firmware is the version I uploaded last week for the 405 wing and the same for the configurator.
I don't have compass enabled, just gps.
Despite opting for map rather than radar the configurator shows an H in the middle. But not in the goggles.
Is it just that the model needs to start moving before anything sensible comes back?

I have a feeling the arrow shows compass direction back to home. I don't think that the arrow will work without a compass. That said I haven't used inav. I have watched a few vids on it and that seemed to be why arrow not working.

Thanks for the reply.
I've changed a few things including the font (now back to vision). The H now appears at the top of the screen. After arming a home arrow appears but becomes a flag until you start moving the model. When moving the arrow appears. It is close to the H symbol on the screen. I couldn't figure out what the arrow was doing to begin with . I then realised that it points to the H when flying home (makes sense I suppose). The model position on the map is also an arrow . It seems to show the distance from home ok but it's direction is meaningless as far as I can see.
But I'm happy enough now . I have a usable home arrow and distance to home reading
