Yes, the board just pulls down G

I can at any point remove all the FPV board if I want to do anything with it, then just put it back in again :)
Education and schoolin is good, but FPV is gooder :)

You've outdone yourself with this build Coyote, excellent work. Nice to see you "honing" the SkyWalker based on previous builds too - this one should be a cracker.

Not a lot more done, but nearly there.

I fitted the Telefly into the top of the fuse, it shares the GPS with the FY31AP but sorry G I forgot to take a picture :(

That meant I could then seal up the fuse, I did, then covered the fuse / tail and finished the wings to give them loads more strength. I added the FPVUK.org stickers and being vain again even painted the ply bracket on the tail white, then cut another sticker so it still reads right when you look down on it :)

Sad I know :)

My 1450kv Overlander was fitted with a 9x6 prop and the Esc mounted on top because I dont have access to its normal location underneath

Because the 1900 wings only have one spar I also glued in ply wing joiner / liners so the wings always fit straight and true

Both hatches were attached and a hole cut for my on off switch so I dont need to open it up, but its sunk in behind the hatch so cant be knocked either

Insides looking good, the whole bottom free for lipos, everything secure above

So far they are looking a nice pair :)

Still and the only thing to do is fit GWS 125 1T for camera, camera itself and tilt, sand down the edges of the ply and its ready to go :)

Hi Coyote

Just nearing the end of my 1900 build and was wondering if you would be able to share your CoG point with me. I've searched around but not really found a real answer to this?

Yeah sure, start with CG at 10.5cm from LE of wing for setup and trimming, then when your happy 11.5cm will improve its glide

A few more bits and pieces done. I was not happy with the tail as with all Skywalkers the tail is just too weak, it was tracking and that effected the AP's effectiveness. So as my last build two carbon rods added between the end of the tail and the horizontal stab and I added a spar down the tail section. Solid as rock now :)

Next I added tilt for my head tracker. That is if I can get it to work in proximity to my Dominantors
