Been flying the quad this lunch in the hall and it is more than big enough for flying in.

If anyone has a model flying sim on their  laptop and is coming along on Sunday could you please bring it with you with the controller. I have updated the windows 8 and sod all works on it now to do with the flight sims!! I have booked the big projector and it is pretty awesome in the sports hall as you can get a 20ft screen with the lights dimmed!!!!

Also if you have any VERY LONG av leads we can plug in FPV gear to it. Imagine flying using a 20ft screen  ;D

I use Phoenix V4 with my Spektrum DX8, the USB to trainer port cable isn't all that long.. I'd be happy to bring that PC along with me. V4 has 1st/3rd person 3D maps now too. That would look really good at 20ft!

Does the projector have it's own VGA/DVI/HDMI cables?

EagleRC Heli Club I fly from has lost its field

But theres another to look at Sunday and I need to goto that, and suss out whats what and help with site layout etc etc

I'll still be coming - weather is now looking crap but hoping it'll turn, and even if it doesn't, can't beat a good crack with some like minded FPVers :)

Inside is huge anyways so if the weather is a bit on the cack side we have a huge sports hall!!!

I have amino quad thing we can have a blast with and a good few others are bringing indoor 3d planes etc.... Some even going to try indoor FPV!!

Managed to fly in 25-30mph winds at Bardney so anything will be fine ha ha!!!
