FT Versa Wing

Here's mine Finished building it before Xmas and finally had the time and the good weather to test fly this weekend. Running it with bits and bobs I had laying around:

Wing made from 6mm Depron (added balsa spar doubler, but probably not required)

2200Kv Motor (Giant Cod/Shark non branded)
6x4 Prop
2200 mHa Battery
Hobby Wing 30A ESC (Burst 40A)

Draws 22 amps flat out

Orange R710 Rx

Lots of power and flew pretty well on half throttle! Although felt a little tail heavy, so will add a little more weight and see how that effects it.
Also, felt like the elevator had limited authority especially in the turn. Will check throws.

Overall, very impressed. GoPro to go on next, which should sort out the CofG issues.

Now need to get more FPV experience before putting the kit onto this bad boy!
