I've got 2 of them, love them. Simple to set up, works exactly as you would hope, massively configurable etc. I'very tested the RTL from a couple of km out and it works flawlessly.   I use the large display font and find it about perfect. Also an eagle eyes tracker is cheap and works really well.

+1 to everything other guys have said.

I can also vouch for it's robustness.

I have verticalled mine into terra ferma on 3 occasions and it has survived no problems.

I also use the option where you can save and load different models. This means I can move the main components from model to model and just buy extra lead sets which are available from RCLINK for £15 a pop. I have saved the config files from the Talon, Phantom and Skywalker. Takes 5 minutes tops to swap over.

Mark.

The best crasher ever! I've had lots of practice.

That sounds like a great feature. The vector sounds perfect. I liked building quads but HATED titting about with the FC on new set ups

Just make sure you take your laptop (with some charge in the battery :-[) and the data lead.

The lego method of mounting the Vector works well.
