Just an update,

The boards for my led driver came back from being made, im really please with them. Although it was the first time ive ever done SMD soldering but it worked out a treat. Ive progremmed the arduino mini pro to change the ligthing mode depending on what the input from the TX is. It drives 6 channels using constant current method and the arduino drives the PWM channel.

Ive cut my bays in and what not, ive done the wireing and tested everything works. Ill put the equipment back in after ive finished covering it.

Here i put some thin ply to support where the skids go, ive let in a block for the tow hook and added an extra spar.

This was yesterday after i finished laminating the wing

This is today

Looking good! I haven't made any real progress apart from the LEDs and adding the filler as my steam engine is currently filling up the garage as I need to work on iy

I recently purchased some battery bay and camera bay designs off the internet which I then modified and added to. This will allow me to make the choice to have the batteries in the middle and have the electronics in the bay either side or vice versa.

Hi Trev,

Sorry for re-starting an old thread but came across it whilst browsing. Where did you get these camera/battery/component bay and skid designs?
