That glass fibre tape stuff?

are also sensitive to UV light so you really need to cover it with something e.g. coloured parcel tape or covering film.  If you don't you'll go to use your plane one day and find it all falling off leaving an unpleasant sort of dusty and sticky residue all over it.

Interesting that.... My Yeti has the cross weave glass tape beginning to detach from ther top after 5 months and 3 flights.
I assumed it was cos I made a pig's ear of the spray glue...
It only seems to be happening on the top surface?
