Yes, when you download it, it opens up a configuration program, dead simple, you select from drop down menu`s :

The hardware you want to flash, IE tx / rx
The frequency you want it to use, IE 433, 459 ( UK legal )
If you want it to frequency hop
How many channels you want it to hop on
and a few other bits

You just tick what you want, it generates the files to flash, dead simple :)
