Phantom Make Over

Hey folks gave the Phantom a makeover, so here's the end result!!, also changed out the stock RX for a UHF one so I can use my 9C and set RTH on a switch etc

So here's my Long Range FPV'd Stealth Phantom, looks pretty bloody cool if I do say so Myself!!

thanks for the comments folks, yes it definately looks a lot better than standard,

wgt40w, Snow!! What snow?? it has completely passed us by, we've been getting plenty rain and hail but no real snow to speak of compared to other places!! what you see in the photo's is the most we've has and thats all gone now!!

If you mean with what I used matt black plasticote paint and carbon vinyl wrap, if you mean why, because it was white!!!!

Yeah I meant what you used, the original looks very ugly, but yours looks great! Nice job!!

How did you wrap it so cleanly - wrapping curves (especially concave ones) is a total bitch but that looks spot on.

hey mate lots of patience and a hair dryer, the little bit of heat works wonders on this stuff, also using the decent 3M vinyl wrap which helps as the underside/sticky bit is all grooved to help allow the air to escape.
