Was looking forward to seeing the HEX fly. Shame how things worked out but sounds like your sorted or getting there with it.

Once you get it sorted let me know id like to see it fly.

Faffer, have a good read through this newbie guide to FPV that I wrote.. it isn't perfect but it might help you better understand some stuff with regards planes (i'm not really a multi person although i have dabbled with home built ones on a KK2 board).

Well, cos I'm a lecturer at a uni, I can't get the bursary....but if I go as a mentor...and help people come up with 'research' ideas, and collaborate from a Uni / Research point of view, they can pay my travel costs :)

This is gonna be AWESOME!

Time to loose my Quad in a Geyser!!! LOL
