asking for some help with E-sky Honeybee 2

Hi guys
I have a young lads heli here that will not bind he bought another 4 in one controller but that one will not bind either is there anybody on here who as one that works. I am asking if i send the two 4 in one units to you can you try to bind them if you can i can confirm its his controller thats faulty

Its my last idea to help him out tbh :)

ps its never flown yet
