The wonders of return home

There I was flying quite happily without really realising I was about three fields away from myself although the spotter could still see it. All of a sudden I was locked out from the controls. I had no control what so ever and it came to a hover. At this point I was probably about 200 feet up. Then it happened!! Return to home kicked in and it came all the way back and landed right by my feet. I believe my spectrum lost connection with the quad so the quad took control. It must automatically detected no signal so it took over. You've got to love that feature but christ was I bricking it.

A nice reminder that its well worth setting up your rtl with your radio rx in fail safe mod :D
