I can do Paul, however I'm off on my hols Sunday so won't be able to get anything till I get back, I got a few orders to do tonight and tomorrow and that's it till I get back,

I bought a 3 turn helical from you a couple of years back and I'd like to cut down the coax and change the connector to sma. I'm happy to do this myself, but have you got any tips for success and parts that I need!?

You will need a CLF200 crimp tool and a crimp of your choice mate, the tool costs about 20 quid and the crimp about 2 quid
Or you can send back and I can do but you'll have to be quick as I'm off to France Sunday morning

That's probably best as I'll make a right arse of it. Let me know your address and cost and I'll send it today. I'd like it with straight sma connector (it has right angle rp-sma) at the moment) and cut down to about half the length so I look less like a dalek when it's on my goggles.
