Hi Simon,
Your antennas look fantastic!
I'm from the U.S. and caught a glimpse of your helical antenna from Bruce on RCModelReviews (link below).
His link brings me to this blog, so I'm writing to you to see how I might get my hands on one of these.
My interest is to put this on my fatsharks and I'm needing them for rather shorter range but punching around trees and wide as possible angle, so would love if you had a three turn version of the 5.8 ghz.

I should think about a week or so mate, I don't carry any spares to make them up like the 5.8 gear

Hi there,

I'm new to FPV so I'd appreciate your advice.  I'm using a Quanum Cyclops headset and a Quanum Elite QE 58-2, 5.8 video sender, both using the standard aerials as supplies with the basic items.

Will upgrading the aerials improve quality and or range an which new set would I need??

Hi stu
Yeah if your using the stock dipoles they are gonna suck a bit on 5.8
If your staying under 1k then I'd just go for skews on both ends, if you want to push the boat out a bit further then I'd suggest a 3 turn helical or even a 5 if your feeling braver
