Hi, I am really disappointed with the helical 5 turn I order from here, I have 2 skews, one for the tx and other on the rx. At 800 meters the skew still outperforms the helical and when the BP selects the helical it has lot of interference. It always selects the skew antenna. I have tried an helical that a friend order from Poland and with that antenna I have no problems and can go over 1400 meters using the same settings and location, just minutes after I tried the helical from here. I can assume therefore the problem is this helical... I am using channel 5 on BP and have tried all the other channels.

im going to be after some skew for my 1.2 video soon
its for a plank out on the wing with a airspeeds between 25 and 40mph
am i going to need to reinforce it in some way to stop it bending and also to protect connections onto the vtx ?
