Many thanks for the skews big nose. They were actually for a young lad in the club who has just started the slippery slope into fpv with the HK Quanum FPV set, which I must say works very very well.

Are your 2.4's SWR'd similarly to the Circular Wireless ones? Reason I'm asking is I have to mix and match a bit and use the CW skew for long range.

I'm no sure Richard, I've never tried or tested a CW skew tbh mate, I would have thought so and cant see there being any problems using them together

Hi bignose, hope you're still in business! I'm looking for some 5.8 RHCP helicals, a small one that I can goggle mount on my dominators, and one with high gain to mount on my ezy Antenna tracker. From what I've seen I think one 3 turn and one 7 or 8 turn. Can you PM me? cheers!

thanks, bugger I can't reply to your PM I don't have enough karma on here.. :/ anyway, what I'm after: a 3 turn and a 12 turn RHCP 5.8 SMA, 3 turn coax as short as possible and straight connector, with the 12 turn I'm thinking 30cm of coax with a straight SMA should be enough to run to the diversity (will be mounted on the IMRC diversity).

I've sent you a contribution towards the antennas, sorry, forgot to mention, my location is Darwin, Australia (!), just let me know what the shipping is and I'll send you that amount.

Hi Mate
First off go for a covered skew on the 250, just makes sense tbh, the cover protects the elements on the skews from anything than less than perfect landings
The mount looks preety good and will serve you well
The monitor howerver I'd have a few reservations, the price for a start, no diversity, only 8 channels
If it was me and it's not I would go for the Boscam here http://www.banggood.com/RC732-DVR-7-5_8GHz-32CH-LCD-Diversity-Receiver-FPV-Monitor-p-947348.html
Although the resolution is slightly different, yoi wont really see it flying a ccd camera also the Boscam has a dvr built in
So to recap
A covered skew for the 250
A helical and Skew for the Boscam screen if you go down that route, if not another Skew for the screen you linked
Hope this helps
Cheers
