Anybody know what the difference is between the Naza M 'Lite' & the Naza M.  And price difference?  (before I trawl t'internet!)

Is it a low tar version?
:D

I believe naza m is the new fancy v2 version and the lite is actually just the original v1 naza

Yeah, I wondered if that where the case, but they still advertise the original Naza M though.  Can anybody spot differences in the features/tech spec etc, I couldn't at first glance.  Shown with gps as well, so it's not a no gps option?
I know they have a Wookong H & H 'lite' which is just without the gps module, but show the gps module in the pic with the new 'lite' v.  Strange.  :o

It's not exactly clear what makes it "lite"...

It is however cheap with GPS - the whole package is just over $200... That's hard to argue with.

Maybe just cut down software then? No gimble output and reduced support to say just quad copters?

Wow £129.50!  :D I notice it has it's own firmware V as well, so is definitely different to Naza V1 & 2.  Goodbye gimbal!

No, it has gimbal support. Also has IOC.  Just reading the release notes.

Nope, just can't spot any difference (to Naza M V.1 I mean), except for price.

But the v1 doesn't support iOSD or zenmuse either unless you buy the v2 PMU

I still struggle to see any difference lol

So that's the difference! QED.  I was initially p***** off at buying a Naza V1 a couple of weeks before v2 was 'unveiled', but I guess at least I can add the new module at some later date.  Not that I can really think of a good reason to do so at the moment, as I already have a Wookong M with all that stuff on as standard  anyhow.  Just wanted the Naza for fun flying, which I have got!  This looks like an even cheaper dose of fun.  Did you say it was $200 with gps?
:D

Thanks guys.
P.S thinking about it, I think DJI should offer existing NAZA v1 customers a discount on the new hardware eh, goodwill and all that?

I bought the v2 2 weeks before this came out. I now feel I need to buy the iosd to justify it! lol

Woe!  If you do make the purchase, pls let us know how it all works out?
(with the iosd and all).

From what I can see other than the PMU with CANBUS support there is no difference between the V1 and V2.

I recon DJI changed manufacturer and the previous manufacturer is knocking out hooky ones (there's some 'unbranded' multi-copter controllers appearing on the market which look IDENTICAL to the Naza).

So to stir things up they release V2 and change a couple of small things so new customers will want the 'NEW' un-copied naza.

That's my conspiracy theory anyway :D

You can't add the v2 PMU to the lite though.

You sure? Where have you seen that?
