Bought a z2 but what batteries shall I go for not sure if one I've got is 3s or 6s power if u know what i mean it takes 2x 3s

Thanks

I would recommend 4S packs, around 3300mah.

It will fit larger but you are better off getting a plywood battery bay and fitting the smaller packs.

I'm beefing up my Z11 to take Zippy Compact 4S 3700mAh batteries...they'll just fit, how she'll fly with the weight increase is anyone's guess so I may be eating humble pie and getting different batteries... Only reason i'm going for these is they are the ones my TBS Disco uses...

Mark, what C rating Zippy Compact 3700 did you use?  I'm thinking the 25C's will be more than adequate and keep the grammes down a little..

Cheers,

Bob
