Which ESC for my Z11

The plan is to fly my Z11 with 4s Batteries and using a Ritewing 1200kv Motor..  Which ESC should I think about getting that's reliable and has a capable BEC for the servos etc..  Or an ESC and BEC combo.

Hi bud, you Wonna be looking at 65a or higher, I'd do esc & bec combo - if esc dies you still have rc control!

I think ive just caused myself a lot of grief.... I am going to install a FyDOS flight stabilisation unit for RTH which will normally have the ESC BEC wire going to it.  If using a separate BEC, will I connect in to the FYDOS or the UHF Receiver?
