Actually on further extension, only damage is to a servo extension cable .. fixed :D

I've got the revolution on it. It's got a built in UHF tx/rx for telemetry and rc control, so that will be my rx for the rc.

I've bought a stand alone oplink too that takes the ppm stream in from the trainer port. Means I use that instead of the ezUHF for the falcon

I found adding nose weight made it fly quite a bit faster - a nice wing for sure.

Mine wasn't as quick as that although I did have the VTX and extra  lipo onboard when I maidened it - only a flight cam to add but I think I might pick up one of those motors as I'm using an old AXN one that to be honest has seen better days.

Hi Andy,

You maybe exceeding the airframe speed a bit, try some laminating film, down the leading edge.

the motor your using is really only good for a 6x4 apc type, if you want to run an 8x6 then go down to 1400kv.

I use the same motor (2200kv) with a 6x4 and get really good flight time and decent performance.

Like the mod tho, has it reduced any waggle ?

Yep, interested to see this because I'm wondering whether I should add some tight tape support around the wings crossing across the airframe to stiffen it up a bit - it does feel a bit floppy.

It might feel floppy guys but I have certainly had no problems as standard :)

Yea but you've not FPVed it either, if you get a bit of lick on it might be enough to make things come loose if it starts to flex...
