www.Radioc.co.uk - Quite a poor service so far. NOT HAPPY!!

Story is this:

I have been building a few Quads / Hex copter for people and have been using Turnigy 9X radio as they are great and at a very good price.

Most places are out of stock so after a search around I came across Radioc.co.uk!!

They have some in stock, promise in BIG letters ont he front page that they do not ship from China, say they are UK based for quick delivery, say no waiting for delivery and guess what.

IT HAS BEEN 10 BLOOMING DAY AND I HAVE NOTHING!!, don't mind a few days but c'mon 10days and nothing TAKING THIS P!!!

I have emailed them today and they say they respond within an hour, guess what NO RESPONSE!!!

I have now asked for a refund as clearly they do NOT have it in stock and are waiting for either a delivery or some other reason.

Not good after all the stuff they rave on about how quick and efficient they are.

A BIG SHAME!!!

I do not like to moan but in this case I am not at all happy and thought others best know.

BEWARE IF YOU ORDER FROM THEM!!!!!

They have now emailed and said that the full batch of 9X's they had all had cracked screens and as such were waiting for a new batch to arrive.

They have also offered a FULL REFUND so not a bad end to it all.

A real shame!!!

I guess there is always two sides to a story.
I have ordered motors, ESC's etc from these guys and they were at my door within 1-2 days.
Obviously their stuff is imported but i'm surprised it didn't tell you they were out of stock as they did me when I tried to order something once.
Fortunately so far I haven't had a problem but who knows, maybe next time I will.

I certainly DO NOT mind drop shipping, ordering when not in stock and getting from elsewhere and stuff arriving after a few days. But after 10 days it just begines to get a bit silly.

Maybe it was just one of those things...

Hope they get it sorted.

Pet hate of mine drop-shipping but declaring UK stock! hopefully its just a misunderstanding if not I hope they go bust  :P  :laugh:

Sellers on eBay are getting really bad for this. Claiming that it's UK stock. I sometimes filter on UK items only, as I need something quickly....I order, then three weeks later it arrives with a customs import sticker from China on it! Grrrrrr!

Do not mind drop shipping as long as they state it is coming from overseas. The whole idea on this website was it IS UK STOCK and the customer did not have to wait. That is when it gets annoying. If they are drop shipping from the UK it is normally here within a couple of days anyways and in most cases that is fine.
