... Hey...... well I can't quite believe it but this helicopter is in pretty good condition. Saw it on ebay and spent about.... 12 hours of hell trying not to press the 'Buy it' button. I gave in.. :+
I figured for 119 spondalookahs delivered, even if it wasn't  airworthy, she'd be a great bit of art to hang up...  ;D. But she's all solid, couple of cracks in the canopy, nothing mechanical or structural. I've been told she'll convert to an Align 600 so starting the long process of collecting components. Long term project this. I can't see her flying 'till next winter. I can only find 1 listing of this helicopter  (kit ), which includes rotorhead assembly, main shaft and swash plate and is £499. It's listed as 'Out of stock'.. I think it may be out of production. One of those 'Holy Grail' models I thought I'd never get my hands on... Mini Titan in front for scale is a (long) 450.

Hi...I have done the conversion to electric and it flys very well.

I use all the original gearing, using a prop driver to connect the motor shaft to the clutch gear assembly.
I use a six cell 5000 and get a good 10 minutes flying

The motor I have is a Kontronic 800KV unit ..not cheap but super smooth.

If you get stuck ..happy to share more of my experience with you...I also have an almost complete spare airframe.

...O-M-G!! I've been away.... well, not away, but unavailable sort of... Started a new job in July.. fairly complicated long hours big commitment, all that blx. Upshot is this conversion has been coming along quietly but steadily and I've been quiet. Maiden flightlets today.. for trimming and balancing .. nothing spectacular so don't get too excited.
