Here's a recent find which may interest a few forum members. It is intended for humanitarian type missions and will therefore inevitably encroach on commercial UAV use. However some FPV flyers may wish to go beyond recreational use just as many volunteers do in other fields.
There's a lot of links to explore, many of which are perfectly applicable to the recreational use which this forum caters for.
