i bought myself a rather spiffing ST models FW190a and thought how cool it would be for an FPV platform.

i then bought myself a load of FPV gear - after reading the recommendation's here :)

its a bit cramped in the cockpit

still waiting for the fatsharks to arrive but the screenshot looks promising

please be gentle - its my first try :)

Looks good but i think you've got too much nose in the camera view, maybe change the angle slightly so you can see more scenery?

yes, i agree - i have ordered a 600TVL SONY SUPER HAD CCD D-WDR camera and will mount it on top of the canopy as opposed to the in canopy position the current one has.

thanks for the feedback guys

looks good mate I would like to fly it from that perspective, Id be wearing some flying goggles over my video goggles and a flying jacket. lol
perhaps put a video keychain on top if you want a better video view.
regards G :)

lol,
chocks away old bean!!

i have just ordered the fy21ap from simon (what a fantastic experience - damn fine bloke!) and as such will have a spare GPS sensor and my current camera will be surplus to requirements.
sould i sell them or hang on to them? - might keep the camera for spare but do the GPS units ever go wrong?

g.collins

I would keep them, it wont be long and you will be building a new one. :)
