Hi all, I now there's been a few of thes builds, so let me bore you with my build.
her is the ingredients.
first check your bank account to check that you can afford the ingredients, then prosed to the computer, and start looking for a suitable platform, I went for an old recipe mix called the Easy Star.

it is important at this point, to decide what extra ingredients, do you want as filling, one can have fabulous results from a modest mix, haw ether if you can afford it why not go for a full rich ingredients, I went for the all singing all dancing, Fy-21AP + OSD and a WDR600 High Resolution OSD Color Camera 550 Lines SONY® Super HAD II PAL and a mix of 2.4gHz video equipment

the next step is to get a sharp knife and cutout a compartment that will allow access to fit the man part of the filling, it is worth thinking about this a bit, if you want a tidy look, and to make sure it doesn't loos its structural strength, it may be necessary at this point to add stiffeners to the bake before its finally closed.

sometimes  its necessary to add extras to an old recipe, if you want that little extra from your mix.

once the extras have been taken care of one can concentrate on the mane structure by bringing the two halves together.

when you are planing on filling with such rich ingredients, its important to make it safely packed, now one can finish of the final touches to the filling, it may look like it isn't going to fit but with the earlier details with the knife work it should all go in.

Now its time for the mane topping, I fined design it on the computer first helped me before I scratch built the base for the topping, but thes can be boult pre prepared, and are perfectly adequate for the job.

This is then helled down, to the mane structure, a few touches hear and there and its finished

of course the proof is in the pudding, And I'm hoping to have a taste soon.

thanks for all your help and advice G :)

Looking good G, like the pod mate :)

Thanks guys, its been in the pip line for a wile, I was waiting on a dragon link RC for months then didn't use it. to be honest I got a little bored with the build, it dragged on to long, still the good bits next, as soon as I can, I will test it out, it will probably mean a trip out of London. perhaps out at DanielS neck of the woods.

I have only sealed the motor in Dizzy, everything else is accessible.

The pod worked out good Coyote, but you no what its like, it will probably change again soon, Lol, I have quite a large servo for the pan mek, over kill, but I get real paranoid that it would break when its facing sideways, and I couldn't see were to go.

all the best G :)

Pasty

Cool G! dont forget to bring it to cornwall!

Gadget Man

Looks sweet, good luck with the maiden

Awesome Pod :)
Are you using the stock motor? Have you flattened the wing tips, give better roll performance when you do.

Hi Badwolve1

It has a brushless Turnigy Aerodrive XP B2835-2700.

I have never flown one of thes birds before, so I'm going to rely on the original designers wing, I'm not looking for a 3D preforming platform Just a steady one.

Well the weather was good enuf to get out and test the EasyStar, things didn't start well when I first got to the park, I was not planing on flying FPV, I only wanted to see what it flew like so I only took the plane the remote and the GoPro, no allen key to remove the camera pod to get to the battery, I was getting a few funny looks as I wandered around looking for something to form a make do key, a coke can pull did the trick, the neked problem was the Velcro straps that holed on the wings cam of, the Velcro has a weer ed baking that the glow doesn't seem to like, something, was telling me not to do it, hell I'm not superstitious, she es only flying Line of sight, the wings are tight enough, so I went for it,
the flight went pretty smooth, and the C/G was naturally level, I didn't need to ad eny ballast or smooth thing around, I didn't switch the stable mod on, but before I flue I switched it on and mooved it around, all the controls counter acted to the movement so it appears to be working.
I was really surprised haw much power it has, it flies really well on half throttle, and when I killed the power to land it glides for ever.
I was a bit nerves using 35mhz radio agen, I put the antenna dowen and walked 30 paces, with perfect control so I presumed it was fine,  I was careful not to go to far, I will what to I'm somewhere else not so built up, and of course FPV.

Nice one Gordon, looks spot on mate :)

Great first flight :) Slightly Dodgy take off, have you considered a wheel mod? Quite easy, just 2 60mm wheels and a Carbon  rod and a skidplate on the back.

thanks guys
I fined my mini Fox goes of to the right on tack of to, I was wondering if its got something to do with the tork from the high wing motors, it did it every time, yet ones its up its all trimmed fine, having a go pro on top of my head and trying not to hit it with the wing on tack of probably didn't help,
